Accessories — 14-Day Return Policy

Unopened accessory items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used accessories are not eligible for return.

Repairs & Parts — No Returns

All device repairs and replacement parts are non-returnable. Once a repair has been completed or a part has been installed, we cannot accept a return on that service or component.

90-Day Repair Warranty

All repairs and parts are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and part failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by the customer (drops, cracks, water damage, etc.)
  • Tampering or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage resulting from misuse or neglect

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please bring your device back to our store and we will repair it at no additional charge.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return on an eligible accessory item, please visit our store or contact us with your proof of purchase within the 14-day return window.
